Bloody Mary

VODKA | SPICY + SALTY + SAVOURY | serves 1
Variations: gin, tequila, virgin.
  • 60ml vodka
  • 120ml Tomato juice
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 4 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 drops hot sauce
  • 2 tsp pickle juice or olive brine (optional)
  • 2 grinds black pepper
  • 2 pinch celery salt
  • Garnish: lots of options, try fresh celery, pickle spear, olives, citrus wedge, and don’t forget a salt and pepper rim.

Add a salt & pepper rim to a chilled highball glass. Combine ingredients in shaker with ice and roll (rather than shake). Strain into glass, add crazy garnishes and enjoy.

  • Red Snapper: swap vodka for gin.
  • Bloody Maria: swap vodka for tequila.
  • Virgin Mary: omit alcohol or prepare your Bushcraft Botanical infusions with a non-alcoholic spirit.
  • Native: swap the black pepper and celery salt for 2 pinch of Pepper Berry & Parsley rimming salt.
