Easy Grapefruit & Rum Cocktail

Infuse your rum with the Wild Citrus cocktail infusion, River Mint cocktail infusion or Bush Spice cocktail infusion.
Add freeze-dried pepper berries from the Bush Botanical Garnish and a Desert Lime or Sunrise Lime sugar rim.
- 60ml white or dark rum
- 1 grapefruit – juiced
- 1 lime – juiced
- Soda or tonic to top
- Sugar syrup to taste (optional)
- Garnish: slice of grapefruit, mint sprig. Sugar rim (optional).
Add sugar rim to a chilled glass. Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake, strain into glass, add extra ice (optional) and garnish.
- Frozen: blend ingredients with 1 cup of ice cubes.
- Virgin: omit the rum or prepare your Bushcraft Botanicals with a non-alcoholic spirit.
- Pitcher: multiply the ingredients as required and prepare the recipe in a pitcher.
