Each of our products comes with easy to follow directions on the packet or as a separate set of instructions.
Unfortunately, we are closed on weekends and public holidays. But you can still place orders via our website and these orders will be attended to on the next available business day.
We accept payments on our website via credit card or PayPal.
What locations do you deliver to?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We’re hoping to add more countries in the future. Updates are always listed on our Facebook and Instagram.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes via Australia Post.
How much is freight?
We’re currently offering free shipping Australia wide.
How do I know you have received my order?
After you have placed your order, we will send an email confirming that your order has been received. We will send a further email once we have processed your order. If you don’t receive these emails (and you’ve checked your spam/junk mail), then please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com with your order number, and we’ll reply as soon as possible.
When will I receive my order?
Typically, orders received and confirmed prior to 1pm AEST will be dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays), otherwise your order will be dispatched the following day. Expected delivery times are generally 2-6 days, but may be longer for rural postcodes, and deliveries times may be affected by regional or national events. We do apologise that shipment delay may occur.
How can I track my order?
You’ll be emailed a tracking number either directly from Australia Post, or from us. If you don’t receive your tracking information (and it’s not in your spam/junk mail), then please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we’ll reply as soon as possible with the tracking details.
