Unfortunately, we are closed on weekends and public holidays. But you can still place orders via our website and these orders will be attended to on the next available business day.

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes via Australia Post.
How much is freight?
We offer free standard shipping Australia wide. Express shipping can be purchased for $5.00
How do I know you have received my order?
After you have placed your order, we will send an email confirming that your order has been received. We will send a further email once we have processed your order. If you don’t receive these emails (and you’ve checked your spam/junk mail), then please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@bushcraftbotanicals.com.au with your order number, and we’ll reply as soon as possible.
When will I receive my order?
Typically, orders received and confirmed prior to 1pm AEST will be dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays), otherwise your order will be dispatched the following business day. Expected delivery times for Australia Post Parcel Post are generally 6-8 days, but maybe longer for Northern Territory and rural postcodes, and deliveries times may be affected by regional or national events. We do apologise that shipment delay may occur.
How can I track my order?
You will be emailed a tracking number either directly from Australia Post, or from us. If you don’t receive your tracking information (and it’s not in your spam/junk mail), then please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@bushcraftbotanicals.com.au with your order number, and we’ll reply as soon as possible with the tracking details.
