Margarita

Variations: Mint, Smokin, Grapefruit, Apple Cider, Frozen, Mocktail

Infuse tequila with Wild Citrus cocktail infusion (or Native River Mint cocktail infusion with the Mint Margarita variation).

The Finger Lime rimming salt or Red Centre Lime rimming salt & sugar are a perfect matches for this cocktail!

Add-in the Native Lime Garnish.

  • 45ml tequilla
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 15 ml Cointreau (or triple sec)
  • 5ml sugar syrup (or 10ml agave syrup)
  • Garnish: lime wedge.

Add salt rim to a chilled coupe glass. Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake, strain into glass and garnish.

  • Mint: use tequila infused with Bushcraft Botanicals River Mint infusion or muddle 2 sprigs of mint while mixing the ingredients.
  • Smokin: swap tequila for mezcal.
  • Grapefruit: add 60ml fresh grapefruit juice and extra sweeting to taste.
  • Apple Cider: add 90ml apple cider.
  • Frozen: blend ingredients with 1 cup of ice cubes.
  • Virgin: omit the alcohol and add 60 ml of tonic water, 2tsp lemon juice, 2 Tbsp orange juice, and ½ tsp of pickle juice (optional).
