Mint Julep

Infuse your whiskey with River Mint cocktail infusion or Wild Citrus cocktail infusion.
- 70ml whiskey
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 12 mint leaves
- Garnish: sprig of mint.
Add the mint leaves and sugar syrup to a chilled julep cup or low tumbler. Bruise mint leaves with muddler or pestle. Add whisky, ice and stir. Garnish and enjoy.
- Ginger Mint Julep: add 30ml ginger liqueur (or 120ml ginger beer), and 15ml lemon juice.
- Virgin Julep: omit the alcohol and add ¼ cup water and ½ cup ginger ale.
- Mint Julep by the pitcher: multiply the ingredients as required and prepare the recipe in a pitcher.
