Salty Dog

GIN or VODKA | TART & SALTY | serves 1
Variations: tequila, virgin.

Infuse your gin or vodka with the Wild Citrus cocktail infusion, Native Citrus Bush cocktail kit, or infuse vodka with the All Tasmanian botanical blend from our gin kits.

Add Native Lime Garnish.

  • 60ml gin or vodka
  • 120ml fresh grapefruit juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • Soda or tonic to top (optional)
  • Garnish: citrus wedge or wheel. Salt rim.

Add a salt rim to a chilled highball glass. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain into glass and garnish.

  • Chihuahua: swap gin or vodka for tequila.
  • Salty Puppy: omit alcohol (and top with tonic) or prepare your Bushcraft Botanical infusions with a non-alcoholic spirit.
