Bring the Australian bush to your cocktails with this easy-to-use cocktail infusion blend featuring Australian native fruits and spices.

Ingredients: *anise myrtle, *riberry, *sweet cinnamel, Australian ginger, *cinnamon myrtle, *muntries (emu apples), *Tasmanian pepper berries. * Australian native.

The pack contains one cotton infusion bag containing dried Australian botanical ingredients. Simply combine the infusion bag with a 700ml bottle of clear, dark or non-alcoholic spirits (not included), infuse for 3 to 5 hours, remove the infusion and craft your cocktails.

Serve neat, on the rocks, paired with mixers, or craft a cocktail that benefits from warm spice flavours. The QR code on the pack links to suggested recipes on our cocktail recipe page.

What you need to create your cocktail infusion

A jar that holds at least 700ml of liquid, and a 700ml bottle of spirits such as vodka, gin, white rum, dark rum, brandy, tequila, whiskey, or a non-alcoholic spirit.

Here’s how:

  • Place the cotton infusion bag into a jar and add 700ml of you chosen spirit.
  • Seal the lid, shake gently, and infuse 3-4 hours for clear spirits and 4-5 hours for dark spirits.
  • Remove the infusion bag and get ready to craft your favourite cocktails.
  • Best consumed within 3 months of infusion for optimal flavour.
