- 1 x Bush Spice cocktail infusion – warming bush spices & native fruity flavours.
- 1 x Native Citrus cocktail infusion – Australian bush citrusy flavours.
- 1 x Native River Mint cocktail infusion – bush minty-citrus flavours
Ingredients:
Bush Spice: *anise myrtle, *riberry, *sweet cinnamel, Australian ginger, *cinnamon myrtle, *muntries (emu apples), *Tasmanian pepper berries.
Native Citrus: *lemon myrtle, **sunrise lime, *desert lime, lemongrass, *Tasmanian pepper berries, *lemon tea tree, *Geraldton wax, *lemon scented gum.
Native River Mint: **sunrise lime, *river mint, *lemon wild may, *peppermint gum, *Tasmanian pepper berries, *lemon tea tree, Australian ginger.

Each pack contains one cotton infusion bag containing dried Australian botanical ingredients. Simply combine the infusion bag with a 700ml bottle of clear, dark or non-alcoholic spirits (not included), infuse for 3 to 5 hours, remove the infusion and craft your cocktails.
Serve neat, on the rocks, paired with mixers, or create cocktails or mocktails that benefit from warm spice, citrus, or mint flavours. The QR code on the packs links to suggested recipes on our cocktail recipe page.
