The kit includes

A 700ml bottle containing premium Australian native botanicals, a reusable telescopic tasting straw, and a cotton bag containing a reusable/washable filter. *Alcohol not included*.

Bring the Australian bush to your cocktails with this fabulous line-up of native botanicals: Sunrise lime, desert lime, native lemon grass, lemon tea tree, lemon myrtle, Tasmanian pepper berries, lemon-scented gum.

How to use your bush cocktail kit

Fill the bottle with gin, or vodka, or a non-alcoholic spirit. Seal the lid and shake gently. Infuse for 4-7 hours, depending on your preferred flavour intensity. To test the flavour, remove the cleaning brush from the straw, extend the straw fully and dip it into the liquid, plug the end with your finger to create suction, lift the straw over a glass, release your finger and taste the infusion. Once the flavour intensity is to your liking, strain the liquid through the filter and a funnel into another vessel. Take care to remove all the solids. Decant the filtered infusion back into the bottle and get ready to craft your cocktails.

To drink
