Red centre limes, also known as Australian blood lime, are a cross between Australian native finger lime and Rangpur lime. The blood orange and lime taste combined with our salty-sugar mix creates an earthy outback citrus taste. Pairs well with most cocktails and mocktails, especially margaritas.
Ingredients: red centre lime powder, Tasman Sea salt, sugar. Comes in a glass jar with a bamboo push-lid (definitely one to keep).
To use: pour some bush fruit salty-sugar mix onto a small plate. Moisten the glass rim with a citrus wedge or water. Dip the glass rim into the salty-sugar mix (or roll the edge for a one-sided rim). Fill your glass with your favourite cocktail or mocktail and enjoy. Will rim approximately 50 drinks.
